Post pandemic, the retail industry is demanding brands to invest and modernize their services both in-store and online. Three years into their partnership with Deloitte, Lilly Pulitzer is on track to keep the Lilly shopping experience modern and user friendly for both employees and customers with upcoming innovative implementations in POS (point of sales), OMS (order management system), clienteling, and loyalty program.


We want to exhibit what the POS, loyalty and clienteling digital frameworks look like in use, showcasing how all three (including OMS implementation) change overarchingly to innovate and implement a more seamless, modern experience for Lilly Pulitzer staff and customers alike.
