Project Overview

Project Overview

Surf the Earth is a self-initiated mobile app concept developed as a pitch to Kiswe Mobile, Inc., designed to reimagine how surfers engage with real-time ocean data and local surf culture. The app blends geolocation, environmental APIs, and social connectivity to create a dynamic, community-first surf report experience. From live wave conditions and tide updates to user-submitted tips and local break insights, the interface was designed to be as fluid and intuitive as the sport itself—bringing utility, beauty, and authenticity together for both core surfers and coastal newcomers. The visual identity leans into organic motion, atmospheric gradients, and minimal UI to mirror the rhythm of the ocean itself.
